If you’re a diva on the go, carving out time to workout can be challenging.  As much as we know how important physical fitness is, between work, school, kids and the few minutes that we set aside to sleep, our fitness regime may suffer.  Leave to plus size blogger CeCe of Plus Size Princess to show us how to workout and have fun during the length of one song.

In the video CeCe gives us all the tools needed to get our dance workout in while listening to Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj sing “Bang Bang.”  Not only does CeCe demonstrate how to do the routine, but to help you out, she lets you know how many reps you should be doing for each move.
